  7. game, set and match

Game, set and match - Hewett/Reidpublished at 19:54 British Summer Time

    Hewett/Reid 6-4 1-6 10-7 Houdet/Oda

Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid have done it!

The British top seeds have beaten Stephane Houdet and Tokito Oda to claim their sixth consecutive men's wheelchair doubles title at Roland Garros.

There was jubilation out on Court Suzanne-Lenglen as the pair won six points on the bounce to come back from 4-7 down in the 10-point match tie-break.

It was Alfie Hewett that was able to completely overpower Tokito Oda in a cross-court forehand rally to seal the deal at 10-7.

It came down to the wire, but Hewett and Reid have clinched yet another Grand Slam title together.

  8. Postpublished at 19:51 British Summer Time

    *Granollers/Zeballos 6-0 6-7 (5-7) 0-0 Salisbury/Skupski

Who thought we'd be gearing up for a third set after the British pair were 'bageled' in the opening set? Not me!

Huge credit to Joe Salisbury and Neal Skupski for the way they've battled back.

Horacio Zeballos gets a couple of holds to defend two of those set points.

It's back over to Neal Skupski to serve for the set.

  11. Tie-break - set points for Salisbury/Skupskipublished at 19:46 British Summer Time

    *Granollers/Zeballos 6-0 6-6 (3-6) Salisbury/Skupski

Neal Skupski and Joe Salisbury are starting to pull away as Marcel Granollas puts a backhand into the net.

    Daylight.

And now Horacio Zeballos does the same.

The British pair have three opportunities at set point.

  12. Tie-breakpublished at 19:44 British Summer Time

    Granollers/Zeballos 6-0 6-6 (3-4) Salisbury/Skupski*

The British pair hit straight back with a mini-break of their own to level.

A lengthy discussion between Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos shows just how important this second opportunity on serve is.

Granollers with an errant overhead volley as he is broken for a second successive time.

Three mini-breaks in this tie-break and two have been for the Brits.

  13. Tie-breakpublished at 19:42 British Summer Time

    *Granollers/Zeballos 6-0 6-6 (3-2) Salisbury/Skupski

Neal Skupski gets a hold on his first of two serves but Horacio Zeballos then secures a mini-break as he blasts the ball at Joe Salisbury, who can only return to the net.

  14. Tie-breakpublished at 19:39 British Summer Time

    Granollers/Zeballos 6-0 6-6 (2-1) Salisbury/Skupski*

    It stays on serve.

This is getting a little tense.

  15. Game and second set - Houdet/Odapublished at 19:38 British Summer Time

    Hewett/Reid 6-4 1-6 Houdet/Oda

No messing around. Stephane Houdet and Tokito Oda take the second set in just 39 minutes with a service hold to love on Court Suzanne-Lenglen.

Where is this men's wheelchair doubles final going next?

The underdogs are still sniffing around and we go to a 10-point match tie-break.

  16. Granollers holdspublished at 19:38 British Summer Time

    Granollers/Zeballos 6-0 6-6 Salisbury/Skupski*

Marcel Granollers continues to be solid on serve. A hold to 15 takes up to a tie-break.

A reminder that this final is best-of-three.

  17. Skupski holdspublished at 19:34 British Summer Time

    *Granollers/Zeballos 6-0 5-6 Salisbury/Skupski

Neal Skupski guarantees that he and Joe Salisbury will have a tie-break at the very least in this second set with a hold to love.

But they could even avoid that if they find a way to break Marcel Granollers. Much easier said than done.

  18. Oda holdspublished at 19:33 British Summer Time

    *Hewett/Reid 6-4 1-5 Houdet/Oda

Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid have been completely outplayed in this second set.

The British pair are currently 5-1 down, as Japan's Tokito Oda completes a strong 40-30 service hold.

The unseeded pair are definitely on a mission to snatch this second set and take this men's wheelchair doubles final the distance. Game on.

  19. Zeballos holdspublished at 19:31 British Summer Time

    Granollers/Zeballos 6-0 5-5 Salisbury/Skupski*

Horacio Zeballos is serving to stay in the set.

It's been pretty routine from his side of the net so far on serve, though.

Great reach at the net from Marcel Granollers to kill the pace of the ball and lead 40-30.

    And the hold.

  20. Houdet/Oda breakpublished at 19:29 British Summer Time

    Hewett/Reid 6-4 1-4 Houdet/Oda*

Gordon Reid is broken on serve and underdogs Stephane Houdet and Tokito Oda have a three-game cushion in this second set.

At 30-40 down, Reid was unable to deal with a strong forehand reply from Oda and could all but net the return shot.

The British pair will have to come from behind here, if they want to see this final out in two sets.
